Refresher 1-to-1 Course

This 1-to-1 course takes place in the comfort of your home and is ideal for second-time parents who want to feel prepared, informed, and confident ahead of welcoming their new baby. Whether it’s been a few years since your last birth or you’re planning a different experience this time around, we’ll revisit labour, birth, feeding and newborn care with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Your package includes 3 hours of antenatal education (timings spread out however you wish), plus a 2 hour Hypnobirthing masterclass with an expert teacher.  Dates and times will be arranged after booking – just pop your due date into the Additional Information box at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange the details.
